An entrepreneur who is versatile opens door to various opportunities than those who are not. Versatility can also be considered in terms of learning about cultures and its languages in order to communicate with customers as it can build a strong business relation with clients. Additionally obtaining information information on a regular basis obtaining information about the business industry in order to be more competitive than other business is an important characteristic. Leader ship requires that you are able to make key decisions effectively. Decisiveness then simply means being the leader of your own life. Decisiveness is both a skill you can build and an internal state you can summon when you need it. Decisiveness also means being able to make clear decision is simply to do more research or brainstorming. Until you have made a clear decision though, you are simply procrastinating and wasting time. Few people decide what to eat for dinner in less than a minute, hardly the decision that begins the course of action to influence their entire life. For example, Robert Kuok took over his father's TRANDING BUSINESS, together with two brothers, and creared a business larger than anyone can think of. The impact is so great that Kuok has been sitting on the top of Malaysia's rich list for more than 5 years. Residing in Hong Kong,Kuok is mostly linked to a sugar business but also has his hands on ather wide range of industries including hospitality, energy, logistic and manufacturing.

1.5 Time Competence

Competence is one's ability to perform a specific role. Time to competence known as a measure of on individual's boarding success within time. One Entrepreneur who suits this trait is a global well-known entrepreneur, Steve Jobs. He is the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Apple Inc. Through Apple, he is widely recognized as a design-driven pioneer of the personal computer revolution. His personality in showing competence in time showed when his employees believe Mr. Jobs not only because he in product design and marketing. Furthermore, through his behavior, he was not driven by his own self-interested needs like the outrages pay packages of some executives, they trusted him. 1.6 Perceptiveness 

Perceptiveness is the ability to understand and figuring things out. It is something that you are able to seeing what others can't. Perceptive entrepreneurs can distinguish between ideas that are most likely to succeed, the nature of innovations that would provide the solution that the market is waiting for lap up and the people who can deliver the required innovative solutions for the market value and the organization. For example, Bill Gates is the co-founder of Microsoft, the world's largest PC software company. He is perceptive enough, in the interest of the users can play games against the computer, he wrote his first computer program on the machine. Gates was fascinated by the machine and how it would always execute software code perfectly. He dropped out of Harvard and talked decision over with his parents, were supportive of him to start a company.



1.7 Ability to learn from mistake ( Mark Zuckerberg )


If we want business success, we have to look clearly at our mistakes and stop repeating them. We need to work withour team, not against them, to do this. A small mistakes can have big consequences. Repeating small mistakes can lose customers, kill a business or cost an employee his job. For example,enterpreneurial lessons from Mark Zuckerberg. Bring up Mark Zuckerberg in conversation and you'll hear a narrow range of conversational topics. People discuss his young age, wealth. Facebook's early days, or his clothing choices. But what get lost is his entrepreneurial abilities. Zuckerberg is a great CEO. He successfully made the transition from startup CEO to corporate CEO. he did not do it without errors. Manyhave documented Zuckerberg's mistakes. But what young CEO does not make mistakes? It's an important part of the job. Zuckerberg discuss the early days of Facebook, and you'll hear him say that he knew he wanted to get into tech startups, but he never thought it was going to be Facebook. He figured a social network would be built by a big, multi-billion dollar tech corporation, not him. Now, nine years after Facebook's launch, it has become its own multi-bllion dollar empire.


1.8 Ethical Consciousness 

A successful enterpreneur is not only profit-oriented. She has his own defined values and beliefs that cares about and stand for and she uses thes as guides when dealing with her employees, her customers and when making decisions. This kind of entrepreneur is known to give great value not only to his customers but his colleagues and employees as well. The people who work for and with him can feel this to radiate this kind of attitude intheir work and thus, produce excellent results. Customers appreciate this characteristic and they are more likely to trust someone who values them than someone who does not. They also know that this entrepreneur is someone that they can trust to do the right thing all the time. For example, when an almost bankrupt security company was offered to her. Datuk Maznah Hamid and her husband, who were eager to change their ordinary life, took the pluge and sacrified RM 5,000.00 of  their  saving.  Only  then  she  realized that apart from managing the operation, she also had to be a manager, a clerk, an accountant and a receptionist.
